Vuteq is located approximately 10 miles North of I-64 or 5 miles South of Princeton, just off of Highway 41.
Applicants who are previous Team Members are required to wait six months from departure date to submit a new application to Vuteq. Team Members will be considered only if proper notice was rendered and completed.
Vuteq Team Members are required to follow the Vuteq Uniform Policy. This policy is given to new hires in the offer packet, and is also reviewed during orientation. Vuteq Team Member uniforms must meet following criteria:
-company shirts in navy or gray color (provided by Vuteq/ordered during orientation)
-khaki pants/navy pants/blue jeans (pants must have no rips/tears and no metal or loops, excluding belt loops)
-steel or composite toed shoes or boots
-no scratch belt (provided – not required to wear)
-Vuteq hat facing forward (provided – not required to wear)
-appropriate personal protective equipment (sleeves, gloves, vests, bump cats, etc. if required in work area)
-all jewelry must be covered or removed
-hair that touches the shoulders must be restrained
-shirts must be tucked in at all times
Vuteq Team Members are provided shirts/coats annually, along with reimbursements for work attire.

Team Members and Staff at Vuteq Indiana also participate in the Kaizen program. Kaizen by Japanese definition is to take apart and put back together in a better way. The term has been Americanized to mean continuous improvement.

Vuteq is committed to continual improvement through prevention and reduction of pollution at its Princeton facility. By formalizing the setting and review of environmental objectives and targets, we commit to comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and other requirements the organization subscribes. We support our EMS policy by documenting, implementing, maintaining, and communicating openly with all stakeholders.
Our Team Members and Staff participate in the 5S program, which is a basic, fundamental, systematic approach for productivity, quality and safety improvement in all types of business. The 5S program focuses on having visual order, organization, cleanliness and standardization.
Vuteq Indiana has two production shifts in both East and West plants.
Blue shift runs from 6:30am – 3:15pm Monday-Friday. Gold shift runs 7:15pm-4:00am. Gold shift week begins Monday evening.
Blue and gold shifts can work up to two hours of overtime each day. Overtime is mandatory for all Team Members, and is communicated at last break by TMMI.
One – two production Saturdays are set aside each month by TMMI. When a production Saturday is confirmed by TMMI, Vuteq notifies Team Members immediately.
Normal notifications are at least four weeks prior to confirmed production Saturday.
Vuteq also has two different shut-down weeks during each calendar year, with one week in July and one week in December.
Type of Work:
The type of work offered by Vuteq is production work in assembly, sequential picking, and logistics. All production work is standing work. Some of the essential functions of production work at Vuteq include but are not limited to:
-stooping and/or kneeling
-overhead work (from waist to above shoulders)
-lifting (10-25 lbs.)
